  1. Sit in Sukhasana with your spine upright and body relaxed.
  2. Stage 1: Close the right nostril and inhale through the left. Focus on the left side of the brain. Gently move your hands up and down. Repeat 11 times.
  3. Stage 2: Close the left nostril and inhale through the right. Focus on the right side of the brain. Repeat 11 times.
  4. Stage 3: Inhale through both nostrils evenly. Focus on the Ajna Chakra (third eye center).
  5. Stage 4–6: Repeat the above cycles while shifting your attention to different emotional zones in the body.
  6. Stage 7: Let the breath flow naturally. Relax and feel the emotional shift within.
