Pitru Pranayama – A Breath-Based Remedy for Pitru Dosh

Krishna Guruji’s Breathing Workshop presents a unique spiritual practice called Pitru Pranayama, a powerful Pitru Dosh Remedy using Bhastrika-based breathwork and Shwaas Mantra. This technique is designed to release Pitru Dosh and offer heartfelt gratitude to one’s ancestors. Rooted in Vedic astrology and breath science, it channels the power of conscious breathing to connect with the Pitru Lok (ancestral realm).

🌟 Divine Insight – What Makes Pitru Pranayam Unique?

Pitru Pranayama is not just a breathing exercise. It is a sacred dialogue with your lineage. Through the Shwaas Mantra, each breath becomes a message of love and gratitude sent to the Pitru Lok. This method focuses on healing ancestral imbalances without rituals or offerings – just through the power of mindful breath.

🌬️ What is Pitru Pranayama?

Pitru Pranayama is a 12-step breath ritual designed to balance the energy of your astrological houses (especially 4, 7, 9, 12) and realign your karmic field through ancestral memory. With each breath, you chant a silent Shwaas Mantra of remembrance and gratitude – helping resolve Pitru Rin (ancestral karmic debt) through inner devotion rather than outer rituals.

🧘‍♂️ Step-by-Step Guide to Perform Bhastrika-Based Pitru Pranayama

  1. Sit comfortably in Sukhasana with a straight spine.
  2. Close your eyes. Mentally recall your birth details: date, time, place, and nakshatra.
  3. Using your right-hand finger, gently close the right nostril.
  4. With your left hand close to your chest, bend your elbow and raise your palm above shoulder level, fingers in a Namaste mudra facing upward.
  5. Inhale deeply through the left nostril, expanding the left lung and raising your left hand slowly with your shoulder’s support. While inhaling and exhaling, remember your mother’s face. Repeat 11 times.
  6. Now, switch nostrils. Close your left nostril and breathe through your right nostril while remembering your father’s face. Repeat 11 times.
  7. Take a short rest and recall emotional moments spent with your parents.
  8. Repeat Step 5, remembering your paternal grandmother (Dadi).
  9. Repeat Step 6, remembering your paternal grandfather (Dadaji).
  10. Pause and reflect on moments spent with paternal grandparents.
  11. Repeat Step 5, now remembering your maternal grandmother (Nani).
  12. Repeat Step 6, now remembering your maternal grandfather (Nanaji).

🔯 Spiritual Impact:

  • Each breath becomes a Shwaas Mantra – carrying silent prayers to the Pitru Lok.
  • This 12-phase practice aligns energy across 12 zodiac signs and key houses (4, 7, 9, 12) of your birth chart.
  • You begin to resolve your Pitru Rin (ancestral debt) through your inner transformation, not external rituals.
