Today, people are living longer. However, a longer life should also be healthy, active and peaceful. Therefore, yoga plays an important role in improving the quality of life.
Yoga helps the body remain flexible. It supports mental clarity. In addition, pranayama and meditation help reduce stress and improve emotional balance.
Krishna Guruji emphasized that healthy ageing is not only about adding years to life. Instead, it is about adding life to those years.
He encouraged all participants to include yoga in their daily routine. He also said that yoga should not remain limited to one day of celebration.
