Gratitude Guruji for resuming session today after GHD on a Thursday🙏🏻. Very blessed to get your darshan and blessings over Zoom. Today was a very different and intriguing topic on Bhavishya Puran, learnt a lot of new knowledge on the creation of the Earth, the belief system, human life birth. Thank you for recapping on acknowledging the 5 elements (panch booth) and daily good practice to offer our reverence to them and reminding us we are here to protect nature and not destroy them. And as always immensely thankful for the meditation on the 5 elements beginning with connecting it to each one of our birth (D.O.B and place of birth). Looking forward to further session on them.
