Hundreds of people from 27 countries joined this global pledge during the 11th Global Healing Day. Together, they prayed for humanity, harmony, good health and world peace.

The online programme was held on 11 August 2026. It carried a universal message: “One Humanity, One Prayer—Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam.”

People from different religions offered puja, prayer, dua and ardas. Their traditions were different. However, their wish was the same. Everyone prayed for the welfare of humanity and peace throughout the world.

The programme was organised by the Krishna Guruji Social Welfare Society. It was conducted under the guidance of Krishna Guruji Krishnakant Mishra, founder of Global Healing Day.

The 11th Global Healing Day received prominent coverage from Amar Ujala, one of India’s leading Hindi newspapers.

Global Healing Day Featured in Amar Ujala Print Edition

Hundreds From 27 Countries Supported the Global Pledge

Hundreds of participants from 27 countries attended the online programme. Moreover, people from different faiths and cultures shared one digital platform.

The participants supported the proposal that 11 August should be observed every year as International Interfaith Prayer Day and Global Healing Day.

This was not a call to promote any particular religion. Instead, it was a collective effort to unite all religions through humanity, compassion and world peace.

The participants agreed that at least one day every year should be dedicated to a global prayer. On that day, people should rise above religious and geographical boundaries.

The Programme Began With India’s National Anthem

The programme began with India’s National Anthem, “Jana Gana Mana.” Participants who joined from different parts of the world stood together and sang the anthem.

This moment expressed love and respect for India. At the same time, it reflected India’s ancient message of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam—the world is one family.

Therefore, the National Anthem became the beginning of a wider prayer for the entire world.

Consul Suresh Kumar Sharma Joined From Seattle

Shri Suresh Kumar Sharma, Consul at the Consulate General of India in Seattle, USA, joined the programme as the Chief Guest.

He appreciated the work carried out by Krishna Guruji for humanity and world peace during the past 11 years.

He said that initiatives which connect people through humanity are important in today’s world. Furthermore, he expressed his willingness to support this meaningful mission.

Several respected guests and faith representatives joined the 11th Global Healing Day.

Baljinder Samra Ji joined the programme from Canada. He explained the universal message contained in the Sikh ardas.

He said that while offering ardas, the Sikh community prays for the welfare of the whole world. The prayer is not limited to one religion, community or country.

This spiritual feeling is expressed through the words “Sarbat Da Bhala.” It means welfare and blessings for everyone.

Thus, Sikh ardas beautifully supports the purpose of International Interfaith Prayer Day.

Dua Remembers the Entire World

Tariq Abbasi Ji represented the Muslim community. He explained that sincere dua remembers the needs and welfare of the entire world.

Prayer should not remain limited to one person or community. Instead, it should carry compassion for every human being.

His message strengthened the belief that methods of prayer may differ. However, the feeling of humanity remains universal.

Jeevan Mukti Shared the Message of One World Family

Jeevan Mukti joined the programme from Finland. She spoke about the idea of a “One World Family.”

She said that religions may appear different from the outside. However, their fundamental purpose is to connect one human being with another.

Therefore, religion should create compassion and unity. It should never become a cause of separation.

Peace Must Begin Within the Individual

Brahma Kumari Hemlata Didi said that the entire world is one family. She also explained that world peace must begin within the individual.

First, peace should develop in the human mind. Then, that peace reaches the family. Gradually, it reaches society, the nation and the world.

Consequently, an inner prayer can become the foundation of global peace.

Interfaith Dialogue Supports a Culture of Peace

The message of the programme also connects with international efforts for interfaith harmony.

The United Nations recognises mutual understanding and interreligious dialogue as important parts of a culture of peace.

World Interfaith Harmony Week

encourages people of different religions to promote harmony and goodwill.

Similarly, the proposed International Interfaith Prayer Day on 11 August can encourage people to pray together for humanity.

Bangkok Programme Shifted Online

The 11th Global Healing Day was originally planned as a physical programme in Bangkok. Preparations for the gathering had also begun.

However, the organisers decided to postpone their foreign travel. This decision was taken while respecting Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji’s national appeal regarding non-essential overseas travel.

Therefore, the entire programme was conducted online. As a result, hundreds of people from 27 countries could participate from their homes.

The online format also delivered an important message. Prayer does not depend on physical distance. Moreover, humanity has no geographical boundary.

Krishna Guruji’s Message of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam

Addressing the global gathering, Krishna Guruji Krishnakant Mishra said:

“The world is one family. The Sanatan message of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam connects us with this universal feeling. Our purpose is not to promote any one religion. Instead, our purpose is to bring all religions together for humanity and world peace.”

He said that every religion follows its own method of worship. Likewise, the languages and traditions of prayer may be different.

However, the true emotion behind every sincere prayer is the same. Everyone wants humanity to remain safe. Everyone also wants peace to prevail throughout the world.

A Collective Pledge for 11 August

The most important outcome of the programme was a collective global pledge.

Guests, faith representatives and hundreds of participants from 27 countries supported the proposal that 11 August should be recognised as International Interfaith Prayer Day and Global Healing Day.

Krishna Guruji and the organisations associated with this mission have begun efforts to take this proposal forward.

The purpose is to dedicate 11 August every year to:

• Interfaith prayer
• Humanity and compassion
• Mutual respect
• Global harmony
• Good health and emotional well-being
• World peace

On this day, temples may offer puja. Mosques may offer dua. Gurudwaras may offer ardas. Churches and other places of faith may offer prayers according to their traditions.

Yet, every prayer can carry one shared intention: peace and welfare for the entire world.

Why 11 August Should Become Interfaith Prayer Day

The world has many international observances

. However, humanity also needs a dedicated day for collective interfaith prayer.

Such a day can bring people closer without asking them to change their faith. It can respect every religion while keeping humanity at the centre.

Therefore, 11 August can become an annual reminder of our shared responsibility towards one another.

The message is simple:

“Your method of prayer may be different from mine. However, we can still pray together for the same humanity.”

For this reason, the participants resolved to continue the movement until 11 August receives wider recognition as International Interfaith Prayer Day.

Do For Nation = Donation

Before concluding the programme, Krishna Guruji shared another important national message: “Donation means Do For Nation.”

He requested Indian citizens to make national celebrations more meaningful through a small act of contribution.

On Independence Day and Republic Day,

citizens may contribute a minimum amount according to their capacity to the Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund.

Krishna Guruji said:

“If you have received any benefit from my healing or guidance, please take the Do For Nation = Donation movement forward. On 15 August and 26 January, contribute a small amount to the Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund. Gradually, make this practice a habit and part of your national character.”

The purpose is not the size of the donation. Instead, the purpose is to develop a sense of participation and responsibility towards the nation.

Invitation to the Daily Online Healing Session

At the conclusion, Krishna Guruji invited everyone to join his regular online sessions.

These sessions are conducted daily from 8:30 PM to 9:00 PM IST. They focus on meditation, self-awareness, spiritual healing and service to humanity.

The sessions follow Krishna Guruji’s message: “You are a born healer.”

According to this philosophy, a guide can help awaken awareness. However, people should also recognise their own inner strength.

कलियुग पुराण की दृष्टि से — कृष्णा गुरुजी

क्या आपने रुद्राभिषेक के मंत्रों का अर्थ समझा है?

श्रावण माह चल रहा है। मंदिरों और घरों में जगह-जगह रुद्राभिषेक हो रहे हैं। आपमें से बहुत से लोग श्रद्धा के साथ इनमें सम्मिलित भी होते होंगे। लेकिन क्या आप रुद्राभिषेक के 11 अनुवाकों का अर्थ जानते हैं?

यजमान पूजा में बैठते हैं। शिवलिंग पर जलधारा बहती रहती है। वहीं, पंडित जी संस्कृत में वैदिक मंत्रों का पाठ करते हैं। वातावरण भक्तिमय हो जाता है। हम हाथ जोड़ते हैं और भगवान शिव का स्मरण करते हैं। अंत में प्रसाद लेकर घर लौट आते हैं।

क्या कभी आपके मन में यह जिज्ञासा उठी है?

पंडित जी जिन मंत्रों का पाठ कर रहे हैं, उनका अर्थ क्या है? उन मंत्रों से हम किससे और क्या प्रार्थना कर रहे हैं? क्या यह केवल भगवान शिव को प्रसन्न करने की पूजा है? अथवा इसके भीतर हमारे जीवन और प्रकृति के लिए भी कोई संदेश छिपा है?

श्रद्धा के साथ समझ क्यों जरूरी है?

आज हम AI और आधुनिक विज्ञान के युग में जी रहे हैं। एक छोटी-सी बात के लिए भी मोबाइल पर खोज करते हैं। फिर इन वैदिक मंत्रों का भाव जानने की कोशिश क्यों न करें?

सामान्यतः हम आमंत्रण मिलने पर रुद्राभिषेक में चले जाते हैं। पूजा में बैठते हैं, मंत्र सुनते हैं और जल चढ़ाते हैं। फिर प्रसाद लेकर घर लौट आते हैं। श्रद्धा होना बहुत सुंदर बात है। हालांकि, श्रद्धा के साथ समझ भी जुड़नी चाहिए। तब वही पूजा हमारे जीवन को भीतर से बदल सकती है।

आखिर रुद्राभिषेक में किसकी पूजा होती है? यजमान कौन होता है? शिवलिंग पर जल क्यों चढ़ाया जाता है? मंत्रों को सुनने और उनके भाव को जीवन में उतारने से हमें क्या लाभ मिलता है? श्रीरुद्रम् के 11 अनुवाक हमें मनुष्य, समाज और प्रकृति के बारे में क्या सिखाते हैं?

कल हमारा बच्चा हमसे पूछ सकता है—“रुद्राभिषेक क्या है? इन मंत्रों का अर्थ क्या है?” तब क्या हमारे पास सरल उत्तर होगा?

कृष्णा गुरुजी कहते हैं—मंत्र केवल संस्कृत के कुछ शब्दों का उच्चारण नहीं है। सरल भाषा में “मंत्र” यानी मन का तंत्र है। यह मन को नियंत्रित करके सही दिशा में ले जाता है। मंत्र सुनकर हमारे विचार और व्यवहार में सकारात्मक परिवर्तन आना चाहिए। अन्यथा, हमने केवल उच्चारण सुना है। हमने उसका वास्तविक संदेश नहीं समझा।

इसी जिज्ञासा के साथ श्रीरुद्रम् के 11 अनुवाकों को समझते हैं। इसके लिए हम सरल मानवीय भाषा का उपयोग करेंगे। साथ ही, आज के जीवन से जुड़े उदाहरण भी देखेंगे। फिर अगली बार मंत्र केवल कानों तक सीमित नहीं रहेंगे। वे आपके मन और जीवन तक भी पहुंचेंगे।

श्रीरुद्रम् का ग्रंथ-स्थान

श्रीरुद्रम् कृष्ण यजुर्वेद की तैत्तिरीय संहिता का अंश है। सटीक रूप से, नमकम् इसी संहिता के चतुर्थ काण्ड के पंचम प्रश्न में आता है। वहीं, चमकम् चतुर्थ काण्ड के सप्तम प्रश्न में आता है। इसे “रुद्रप्रश्नः” भी कहा जाता है। नमकम् और चमकम्—दोनों में 11-11 अनुवाक हैं। आप भारत सरकार के वैदिक हेरिटेज पोर्टल पर तैत्तिरीय संहिता के बारे में अधिक जान सकते हैं।

पाठ-पद्धति परंपरा के अनुसार भिन्न हो सकती है। एक प्रचलित विधि में नमकम् के साथ चमकम् का एक अनुवाक जोड़ा जाता है। इस युग्म को 11 बार दोहराया जाता है। तब एक “रुद्रम्” या “एकादशिनी” पूर्ण होती है। इसे सामान्यतः लघुरुद्र कहा जाता है। इसी क्रम को 11 बार करने पर महारुद्र होता है। वहीं, 11×11 बार करने पर अतिरुद्र होता है। हालांकि, अलग संप्रदायों में पद्धति और नामों में कुछ भिन्नता मिल सकती है।

नमकम् में बार-बार “नमः” आता है। इसका शाब्दिक अर्थ है—प्रणाम या झुकना। भाव की दृष्टि से यह अहंकार छोड़ने का संदेश देता है। चमकम् में बार-बार “च मे” आता है। इसका अर्थ है—”और मुझे यह भी प्राप्त हो।” इसमें स्वास्थ्य, अन्न, ज्ञान और सद्बुद्धि की प्रार्थना है। साथ ही, प्राणशक्ति, परिवार, प्रकृति और संतुलित जीवन की कामना भी है।

जिस समय ये मंत्र संकलित हुए, तब वैदिक ज्ञान संस्कृत में संरक्षित था। आज नई पीढ़ी हिंदी और अंग्रेजी अधिक समझती है। इसलिए मंत्रों का उच्चारण सुरक्षित रखना जरूरी है। साथ ही, उनका भाव भी बच्चों तक उनकी भाषा में पहुंचना चाहिए।

रुद्राभिषेक के 11 अनुवाकों का सरल संदेश

अब श्रीरुद्रम् के नमकम् के 11 अनुवाक क्रमवार समझते हैं। पहले उनकी विषय-वस्तु जानेंगे। फिर कलियुग पुराण की दृष्टि से उनका भाव समझेंगे।

1. पहला अनुवाक — क्रोध को सही दिशा देना

अनुवाक में क्या है: पहला अनुवाक रुद्र के क्रोध, बाण और धनुष को नमन करता है। उनकी दोनों भुजाओं को भी प्रणाम किया गया है। फिर उनके कल्याणकारी और अघोर रूप की प्रार्थना की गई है।

कलियुग पुराण की दृष्टि: क्रोध अपने आप में बुरा नहीं है। लेकिन उसका प्रयोग किसी को पीड़ा देने में नहीं, अन्याय और अपने दुर्गुणों को समाप्त करने में होना चाहिए। अपने भीतर की उग्रता को मानव कल्याण की शक्ति बनाना ही पहले अनुवाक का भाव-संदेश माना जा सकता है।

2. दूसरा अनुवाक — प्रकृति और कर्मयोगियों का सम्मान

अनुवाक में क्या है: इसमें रुद्र को सेनापति और दिशाओं के स्वामी के रूप में नमन किया गया है। साथ ही, वृक्षों, पशुओं, मार्गों और खेतों में भी उन्हें देखा गया है। वन, व्यापारी और औषधियां भी इसी भाव में शामिल हैं।

कलियुग पुराण की दृष्टि: शिव केवल मंदिर में नहीं हैं। वे किसान के परिश्रम और श्रमिक के पसीने में भी हैं। वे पशु के जीवन और वृक्ष की छाया में भी हैं। इसलिए प्रत्येक कर्मयोगी का सम्मान करना शिव को प्रणाम करना है।

3. तीसरा अनुवाक — हर मनुष्य में परिवर्तन की संभावना

अनुवाक में क्या है: इसमें चोरों, ठगों और रात्रि-चरों में भी रुद्रतत्त्व देखा गया है। पर्वत-वासियों और धनुर्धरों को भी नमन किया गया है। इस प्रकार, उपेक्षित लोगों में भी रुद्रतत्त्व स्वीकार किया गया है।

कलियुग पुराण की दृष्टि: किसी व्यक्ति को उसके बाहरी रूप से छोटा नहीं समझना चाहिए। काम या सामाजिक स्थिति भी सम्मान का आधार नहीं है। प्रत्येक व्यक्ति में परिवर्तन और दिव्यता की संभावना है।

4. चौथा अनुवाक — कोई काम छोटा नहीं

अनुवाक में क्या है: इसमें सेनाओं और रथकारों को नमन किया गया है। कुम्हार, लोहार, बढ़ई और मछुआरे भी शामिल हैं। धनुष-बाण बनाने वालों और शिकारियों को भी प्रणाम किया गया है।

कलियुग पुराण की दृष्टि: समाज किसी एक व्यक्ति से नहीं चलता। प्रत्येक कौशल और प्रत्येक ईमानदार कर्म का अपना महत्व है। किसी व्यक्ति या उसके काम को छोटा समझना, सृष्टि की व्यवस्था को छोटा समझना है।

5. पांचवां अनुवाक — नाम और रूपों में एकता

अनुवाक में क्या है: इसमें भव, रुद्र, शर्व और पशुपति जैसे नाम आते हैं। नीलग्रीव, कपर्दी और गिरिश को भी नमन किया गया है। छोटे-बड़े और वृद्ध-युवा जैसे विपरीत रूपों में भी रुद्र को देखा गया है।

कलियुग पुराण की दृष्टि: ईश्वर के अनेक नाम और रूप एक ही सत्य के अलग पक्ष हैं। इसलिए जीवन के परिवर्तन से डरना नहीं चाहिए। पुरानी आदतों और अहंकार का अंत जरूरी है। तभी अच्छे जीवन का आरंभ होता है।

6. छठा अनुवाक — छोटे-बड़े सभी में शिव

अनुवाक में क्या है: इसमें ज्येष्ठ, कनिष्ठ और मध्यम रूपों को नमन किया गया है। पहले और बाद में जन्मे लोग भी शामिल हैं। उपजाऊ तथा बंजर भूमि में भी रुद्र को देखा गया है। शूरवीरों और कवचधारियों को भी प्रणाम है।

कलियुग पुराण की दृष्टि: बच्चा, युवा और बुजुर्ग—सभी समान रूप से सम्मान के अधिकारी हैं। अनुभव का भी महत्व है और नई पीढ़ी के नए विचारों का भी। दोनों के समन्वय से समाज आगे बढ़ता है।

7. सातवां अनुवाक — जल और जीवन के प्रवाह की रक्षा

अनुवाक में क्या है: इसमें नदियों, मार्गों, तालाबों और कुओं को नमन किया गया है। वर्षा, बादल, बिजली और आंधी में भी रुद्र को देखा गया है। मनुष्य के निवास-स्थानों में भी वही रुद्रतत्त्व है।

कलियुग पुराण की दृष्टि: जल केवल शिवलिंग पर चढ़ाने की सामग्री नहीं है। जल जीवन का आधार है। हम शिवलिंग पर जल चढ़ाते हैं। इसलिए नदियों को प्रदूषित करना या जल व्यर्थ बहाना उचित नहीं है।

8. आठवां अनुवाक — शक्ति के साथ मंगल भाव

अनुवाक में क्या है: इसमें सोम, रुद्र, उग्र और भीम जैसे तीव्र रूप आते हैं। वहीं, शम्भु, शंकर, शिव और “शिवतर” जैसे मंगलकारी नाम भी आते हैं। “शिवाय च शिवतराय च” में “नमः शिवाय” का मूल भाव निहित है।

कलियुग पुराण की दृष्टि: जीवन में शक्ति आवश्यक है। हालांकि, शक्ति के साथ करुणा और संयम भी होना चाहिए। अधिकार के साथ उत्तरदायित्व और सामर्थ्य के साथ सेवा का भाव ही शिवत्व है।

9. नौवां अनुवाक — हर स्थान में शिव

अनुवाक में क्या है: इसमें रेगिस्तान, मार्ग, बस्तियां और गोशालाएं आती हैं। घर, शयन-स्थान, कंदराएं और हृदय भी शामिल हैं। सूखी तथा हरी-भरी भूमि में उपस्थित रुद्र को भी नमन किया गया है।

कलियुग पुराण की दृष्टि: प्रत्येक स्थान में शिव हैं। इसलिए घर, सड़क, नदी और जंगल को स्वच्छ रखना भी शिव पूजा है। केवल मंदिर की स्वच्छता पर्याप्त नहीं है। पूरी प्रकृति शिव का मंदिर है।

10. दसवां अनुवाक — परिवार और प्रत्येक जीव की रक्षा की प्रार्थना

11. ग्यारहवां अनुवाक — पृथ्वी से आकाश तक शिव, और मृत्युंजय मंत्र

अनुवाक में क्या है: अंतिम अनुवाक पृथ्वी, अंतरिक्ष और आकाश की रुद्र-शक्तियों को नमन करता है। दसों दिशाओं में उपस्थित शक्तियों को भी प्रणाम किया गया है। इसके अंत में प्रसिद्ध मृत्युंजय मंत्र आता है—”त्र्यम्बकं यजामहे…।” इसमें दीर्घायु और मृत्युभय से मुक्ति की प्रार्थना है। अग्नि, जल और औषधियों में व्याप्त रुद्रतत्त्व को भी नमन किया गया है।

कलियुग पुराण की दृष्टि: मनुष्य इस ब्रह्मांड का स्वामी नहीं, बल्कि उसका एक छोटा-सा अंश है। प्रकृति की शक्तियों पर विजय प्राप्त करना नहीं, उनके साथ संतुलन बनाकर जीना मानवता की सुरक्षा का मार्ग है।

नमकम् और चमकम् का सरल भाव

नमकम् हमें झुकना सिखाता है। वह कहता है—अपने अहंकार को छोड़ो और सृष्टि के प्रत्येक रूप में शिवतत्त्व को प्रणाम करो।

चमकम् जीवन के लिए आवश्यक वस्तुएं और शक्तियां मांगना सिखाता है। हालांकि, इसके साथ एक जिम्मेदारी भी जुड़ी है। जो कुछ मिले, उसका सदुपयोग करें। उसका उपयोग परिवार, समाज, प्रकृति और मानवता के कल्याण में भी हो।

नमकम् का भाव है—मैं अहंकार छोड़ता हूं। चमकम् का भाव है—मुझे जो मिले, उसका सदुपयोग करने की बुद्धि भी मिले।

रुद्राभिषेक में जल चढ़ाने का भाव

भगवान शिव को हमारे जल की आवश्यकता नहीं है। शिवलिंग पर निरंतर बहती जलधारा हमें अपने भीतर झांकने का संकेत देती है।

जल चढ़ाते समय हमारा भाव होना चाहिए:

• मेरा क्रोध शीतल हो।
• मेरा अहंकार गलकर बह जाए।
• मेरे विचार स्वच्छ हों।
• मेरी वाणी मधुर बने।
• मेरे कर्म प्रकृति और मानवता के हित में हों।

रुद्राभिषेक प्रकृति के प्रति कृतज्ञता व्यक्त करने वाला अनुष्ठान है। यह भीतर सकारात्मक ऊर्जा का अनुभव कराता है। इसका उद्देश्य केवल शिवलिंग का अभिषेक करना नहीं है। यह अपने मन, विचार और व्यवहार का अभिषेक भी है।

कलियुग पुराण का अंतिम संदेश

यह ब्रह्मांड पांच तत्वों से बना है। ये तत्व पृथ्वी, जल, अग्नि, वायु और आकाश हैं। हमारा शरीर भी इन्हीं पांच तत्वों से बना है। इसलिए मनुष्य और ब्रह्मांड एक-दूसरे से अलग नहीं हैं।

पृथ्वी हमें आधार देती है। जल जीवन देता है। अग्नि ऊर्जा देती है। वायु श्वास देती है और आकाश हमें अस्तित्व के लिए स्थान देता है। इन पांच तत्वों के बिना हम एक क्षण भी जीवित नहीं रह सकते।

इसलिए इनका संरक्षण हमारा सबसे बड़ा दायित्व है। जल बचाएं और वायु को शुद्ध रखें। पृथ्वी तथा वृक्षों की रक्षा करें। अग्नि और ऊर्जा का संयमित उपयोग करें। साथ ही, आकाश जैसी विशाल सोच रखें। यही पांच तत्वों के प्रति हमारी सच्ची कृतज्ञता है।

यदि हम जल व्यर्थ बहाते हैं, तो जलाभिषेक अधूरा है। यदि “नमः” बोलकर अहंकार नहीं छोड़ते, तो नमकम् अधूरा है। इसी प्रकार, प्रकृति और समाज को कुछ लौटाना भी जरूरी है। अन्यथा, चमकम् की हमारी प्रार्थना अधूरी है।

जब ये तत्व संतुलित रहते हैं, तब जीवन सहज चलता है। वहीं, असंतुलन आने पर शरीर और मन परेशानी का संकेत देने लगते हैं।

अतः जब भी भगवान शिव का त्रिशूल देखें, स्वयं से एक प्रश्न करें। क्या मेरा शरीर, मन और व्यवहार संतुलित है?

त्रिशूल और वात, पित्त तथा कफ

आयुर्वेद में वात, पित्त और कफ को तीन दोष कहा गया है। इन्हें सामूहिक रूप से त्रिदोष भी कहते हैं।

हर व्यक्ति की प्रकृति अलग होती है। इसलिए इनका संतुलन भी व्यक्ति के अनुसार अलग हो सकता है।

कृष्णा गुरुजी त्रिशूल के तीन शूलों को वात, पित्त और कफ से जोड़कर समझाते हैं।

संतुलित भोजन करें। पर्याप्त नींद लें। उचित विश्राम करें। साथ ही, अपने रिश्तों में प्रेम और धैर्य बनाए रखें।

सत्यम् शिवम् सुंदरम् का संदेश भी भीतर की सुंदरता से जुड़ा है। सत्य के साथ रहने वाला मन शिवमय होता है।

काम, क्रोध, लोभ और अहंकार से मुक्त व्यक्ति भीतर से सुंदर होता है।
