I strongly believe that everyone has the power to heal themselves – the infinite power and potential that lies untapped in all of us. We, as human beings, have the ability to heal not only ourselves but also others. Creating an awareness of this vast reservoir within is my motive behind the celebration of Global Healing Day on 11th August every year. The day should act as an annual reminder of the prowess that we hold, that which can be put to use to heal all around us.
My Guru Sri Sri Ravishankar ji always says, “Think Big”. To raise one hand to help someone is better than joining two hands for prayer.
