Service as Worship on the Arrival of Vighnaharta Ganesh

“Vighnaharta Honour” will be celebrated at the international level.

Ten prominent “Vighnahartas” of society will be honoured during the ten-day Ganesh festival.

Starting on 7th September, the ten-day Ganesh festival will include people who have been actively serving humanity while worshipping Ganesh through Aarti for many years.

In the city, Krishna Mishra Guruji will start the Ganesh festival by establishing it at the Leprosy Ashram in Bima Hospital. They will embody the message of Ganesh Aarti, which signifies human service, with the following message:

(“Restoring sight to the blind, health to lepers, children to the childless, and wealth to the poor”)

On 9th September (Education)

A lecture titled “Ganesh is within you too” will be given to the children from the slum areas under the Basti Foundation. A message about the importance of education will be shared with workers at a pharma company in Pithampur.

The message of “Become a Vighnaharta in Someone’s Life” will be conveyed through the Ganesh Pandal, and problems faced by old age homes and orphanages will be addressed accordingly.

On 7th September

The festival will begin with the installation of Lord Ganesh in the leprosy ashram and engaging with the patients there. An eye donation camp titled “Restoring sight to the blind” will be held for the blind. Women undergoing treatment for infertility will be addressed at Dolphin Hospital.

At the beggars’ centre in Pardeshipura, the destitute will be given the message of humanity. They will be encouraged to become “Vighnahartas” (removers of obstacles) in their own lives.

From 7th to 17th September, online Ganesh darshan will be available in all major cities of India. The online Zoom session of Vighnaharta 2024 will include knowledge about Ganesh, Ganesh chants, and Ganesh meditation. Ten social workers engaged in community service in the city will be honoured with Vighnaharta 2024.

International followers will be encouraged to join this initiative via Zoom with the message “Become a Vighnaharta in Someone’s Life,” which will include social service activities. Several major cities in India, Dubai, America, and Canada will also participate in this initiative.

The above programme is courtesy of the Krishnaguruji Social Welfare Society. If you wish to join this mission, you are welcome to do so in your region.
