I got associated with Guruji last year with International Day of Yoga’ 2021. I got introduced to Shri. KrishnaKant Mishra (aka Krishna Guruji) through a friend of mine who had benefited greatly from Krishna Guruji’s teachings of self spiritual healing and yoga techniques. I should say that I have immensely benefited from Krishna Guruji from day 1.
International Yoga Day’ 2021 was celebrated in a unique way – organizing yogic sessions for people all over the world for 24 hours (from the time of first sunrise to the time of last sunset). This gave a chance for people in the west, middle east, East and all over the world to attend Krishna Guruji’s sessions during their day. His efforts to help mankind and uplift people through yoga sessions and healing was absolutely beneficial and satisfying. Shri. Krishna Guruji has been conducting special yoga sessions on International Day of Yoga since 2015.
Firstly, His untiring relentless efforts in helping and healing not only the Indian community but people all over the world through Yogic practices and spiritual healing is absolutely noble work. He conducts daily Yoga and meditation sessions not only focusing on physical and mental peace but also curing ailments through self conceptualized regulated breathing techniques and yogic practices. These yogic asanas are easily adoptable and practicable by people of all ages. Hence, the involvement and participation of people of all ages for His daily sessions.
I have immensely benefited from His daily and weekly sessions which He conducts with immense sincerity and selflessness. I have been living in the US for 21 years and I have a lot of work related issues, health issues and many things in my personal life that I have found very difficult to deal with. I attend His daily sessions and His teachings have not only given me the knowledge but also simple practical techniques that can be practiced everyday to live peacefully and blissfully. I have been more efficient at work and have seen tremendous improvements in my personal life as well as in how I approach and handle relationships.
Krishna Guruji’s best contribution to Human society came in the form of teaching the world his yogic techniques and breathing procedures to strengthen the lungs. He passionately called his technique “YogaVaccine”. I practiced YogaVaccine technique when I was infected with Omicron virus in January 2022. It helped me recover quickly and I saw my lungs improving at a faster pace than one treated with antibiotics. There have been a lot of testimonials where people with COVID-19 have benefitted from this yogic technique.
Krishna Guruji being a handicapped Himself, has taken the responsibility to heal the world and most importantly, spread the message that each and every person in this world irrespective of caste, creed and gender has an ability to self heal physical and mental issues and that, this ability can be nurtured only through consistent yogic practices. His relentless dedication to selflessly care for the society and enabling them to live blissfully is a huge inspiration for all of us.
